identification: Medium size. Round to round flattened. The base colour is greenish yellow over which is a dark red wash covering the sun exposed faces. Marked with light coloured lenticels. The calyx is small and partly open, set in a shallow, flat basin which is slightly rippled. The stem is slender, tending to long and set in a moderately shallow cavity.
characteristics: The flesh is fine-grained. Very juicy and sweet. flavourful with hints of raspberry.

Linda , developed in 1944 by Aleksander Rejman at the Warsaw Agricultural University (Poland). Introduced in 1960.
