identification: Medium tending to large, round to flat-round with some ribbing around the calyx basin. Base colour is yellow, almost completely washed with bright red. Tan-coloured lenticels are abundant and protruding. The stem is medium long and medium stout.
characteristics: Flesh is yellowish, firm and crisp. Juicy and sweet with just a hint of tartness. Aromatic.
