summary: Found as a mutation of Jonagold in Gailberg, Germany, in 1980. Same as Jonagold but ripens four to six days earlier. Colour covers 70 to 90% of the surface with little discernible striping. Brownish colours signifies that the apple was picked prematurely. Ripens about a week earlier than than parent cultivar.
