identification: Medium size, round to round-conic. Fully washed dark red with scattered, tan-coloured lenticels.
origins: A cross of
Weirouge and an experimental clone designated as Zuchtklon 166. Developed by Dr. Michael Neumüller at the Bavarian Centre of Pomology and Fruit Breeding in Hallbergmoos near Munich (Germany). Introduced 2009.
cultivation: Moderately vigorous. Heavy flower load requires thinning after fruit set to ensure adequate fruit size and avert a tendency to produce biennial crops.
