identification: Large, round. The base colour is yellow with a pattern of red stripes and washed darker red on the sun exposed face. The calyx is medium size and partly open, set in a shallow and narrow basin. The stem is short and medium thick, set in a deep and somewhat narrow cavity. Smooth, glossy skin.
characteristics: The flesh is creamy white, coarse-grained and crisp. Refreshingly sweet-sharp and savoury.
