identification: Medium tending to large in size. Round, to round conic. Angular sides. The base colour is yellow, over which is an orange blush, striped red on the sun-exposed side. Indented green lenticels. The stem is short and set in a shallow cavity.
characteristics: The flesh is white and sprightly.
uses: Cooking, but not prized.
ploidism: Self sterile. Group ???? Day ???? The blossoms are large and bright ?????
