identification: Medium size. Round and slightly conic. The smooth skin is yellowish washed red and marked with darker striping on the sun exposed face. The striping fades on the shaded face. the eye is medium size and partly open, set in a wide and shallow basin. The stem is short and medium thick, set in a deep and narrow, russeted cavity.
characteristics: The flesh is yellowish, crisp. Juicy and sweet, honeyed.
