identification: Medium size, round and flattened. Smooth and glossy skin is greenish yellow washed red on the sun exposed face and marked with fine striping. The eye is tightly closed and medium size, set in a medium deep and wide basin which is ribbed. The stem is short and slender, set in a medium deep and funnel shaped cavity.
characteristics: The flesh is white, firm and tender. Sweet, fruity and aromatic.
