identification: Small, flat, conic or cylindrical. Angular and crowned. The skin is yellow blushed red on the sun exposed face and faint red flushes on the shaded face. Patches of russet and russeted lenticels. The stem is short and stout set in a flat basin.
characteristics: The flesh is greenish, tender and crisp. Juicy, sweet and well flavoured. Keeps a little more than a month in cold storage.
uses: An eating apple.
