identification: Small to medium. Round. Greenish yellow base colour is washed red with a dense pattern of broken, darker stripes on the sun exposed fae. The eye is small and partly open, set in a shallow recess. The stem is very long and slender, set in a medium deep, funnel shaped basin.
characteristics: The flesh is creamy white, fine grained, tender and soft. Juicy and sweet, Aromatic.
