identification: Large, round ovate, angular sides and ribbed at the crown. The skin base colour is a rich yellow over which is a orange blush on the sun exposed face. Thinly coated with a cinnamon russet. The stem is very short and slender, set in a deep cavity.
characteristics: The flesh is yellowish and tender. Juicy and brisk. Keeps up to two months in storage.
uses: A cooking apple.
ploidism: Self sterile.
