identification: Medium size tending to large. Round. The base colour is greenish yellow, washed red and marked with darker stripes on the sun exposed surface. The eye is small and partly open, set in a deep and narrow basin. The stem is short and slender, set in a deep and narrow cavity which is surrounded by a patch of russet.
characteristics: The flesh is yellowish and soft. Juicy, sweet and very flavourful.
