identification: Medium tending to small, ovate and slightly conic, ridged crown. The skin base colour is yellow which, except for small patches on the shaded side, is completely washed deep purple. The stem is short and slender, set in a deep cavity.
characteristics: The flesh is yellowish, crisp. Juicy, sweet and with a hint of acidity. Keeps up to five months in cold storage.
uses: An eating apple.
