identification: Medium size, round and somewhat ovate. The glossy skin is yellowish green and washed red with darker streaks on the sun exposed face. The stem is very short and set in a round and shallow basin with is russeted.
characteristics: The flesh is greenish, tender and crisp. Juicy and brisk.
