identification: Small to medium size, round. The base colour is golden yellow, washed red andmarked with darker stripes. The ey is medium size and open, set in a somewhat shallow and narrow, pleated basin. The stem is medium thick, medium long and set in a deep and narrow cavity.
characteristics: The flesh is cream?coloured, coarse grained, firm. Juicy and very sweet with a bit of tartness and a honeyed flavour.
