summary: A mutation of the T.A.C. 114 (itself a mutation of Fuji) was found in 1991 by Wilbur Perkins in his nursery near Bridgeport in Washington (U.S.A.). This compact version grows to about half the size of the standard T.A.C. 114. Like the standard T.A.C. 114, the Compact version is a spur bearer.
