Sugar and Brandy
identification: Medium size, conic and angular with a very pronounced rib on one side, a high ridge at the crown which has several knobs at the continuation of the ribs. The skin is yellow washed bright orange on the sun exposed face and pale on the shaded side. the stem is very short and set in a round, shallow and roughly russeted cavity.
characteristics: The flesh is very yellow, juicy and very sweet.
