identification: Medium, round. The base colour is green ovber which is a red wash on the sun exposed face. The eye is medium size, partly open and set in a shallow and narrow basin. The stem is very long and slender, set in a medium deep and medium wide cavity which is heavily russeted extending out onto the shoulder with rays onto the face.
characteristics: The flesh is cream coloured. Very juicy and sweet with honeyed flavours.
