identification: Medium size, Oblate to oblong with angular sides. The base colour is pale yellow over which is a deep red wash. The eye is small and open, set in a deep medium wide basin which is surrounded by a five?knobbed crown. The stem is stout and very short, set in a medium deep, medium wide basin which may be lightly russeted. a light bluish bloom develops at maturity.
characteristics: The flesh is white with pink stain, softs. Sweet and perfumed. Cold Sorage:Keeps two months.
