identification: Medium size, conic. Base colour greenish yellow to yellow over which is a reddish wash marked with vague striping.
characteristics: The flesh is pale yellow. Firm, crisp and juicy with good sweet-tang balance.
origins: Developed by Dr. Jaroslav Tupý at the Institute of Experimental Botany in Prague (Czech Republic) by crossing Topaz with pollen from Golden Delicious. Released in 2009.
cultivation: Moderately vigorous, upright spreading. Annual fruit production.
cold storage: Keeps four months.
vulnerabilities: Resistant to scab, tolerant of powdery mildew.
harvest: Latter half of the fifth period. Flavours develop fully about a month after harvest.
