identification: Medium, round and narrowing slightly toward the eye. the skin is dark green over which is a brownish red flush on the sun exposed face, lalso a few broken dark stripes. The stem is short and slender, set in a deep cavity.
characteristics: The flesh is yellowish, firm and crisp. Juicy and brisk.
