identification: Medium size, round with angular sides. The base colour is yellow over which is a red wash that covers more than half the surface. Light coloured lentices on the sun exposed face, dark on the shaded face.The eye is large and partly open, set in a deep and narrow, lightly russeted basin. The stem is medium length and slender, set in a deep and narrow cavity which is russeted with rays extending over the shoulder as stripes.
characteristics: The flesh is ??????????????????? firm. Juicy and sweet with a honeyed flavour.
