identification: Large, round and flattened at the ends. Five rounded ribs and a ridged crown.The base colour is a pale yellow over which are pale red streaks on the shaded face, flushed deep red on the sun exposed face and covere with greyish lenticels. The eye is open with wide petals, set in a deedp and round basin. The stem is short and set in a deep cavity which is russeted radiating onto the shoulder.
characteristics: The flesh is yellowish, tender.
