identification: Small, round often irregular shape. Green washed bright red on the sun exposed surfaces. The eye is small and partly open, set in a somewhat deep basin. The stem is short and moderately stout, set in a deep and narrow cavity which is surrounded by a large patch of light russet which extends over the shoulder of the apple.
characteristics: The flesh is pale cream coloured, firm. Nutty.
