identification: Medium size, round tending to cylindric, lightly ribbed on the faces. The skin is yellow, washed red on the sun exposed face.
characteristics: The flesh is ???????????????????, fine grained, crunchy. Juicy, mildly sweet?tart and aromatic.
origins: Developed by the Institut fŸr Obstforschung Dresden? Pillnitz (Germany) by crossing James Grieve with pollen from a scab resistant clone of Antonovka (F2). Released in 1990, it is one of 17 Re?cultivars (known as ReZista in North America) developed as part of this programme.
cultivation: Moderately vigorous. Precocious. Produces heavy harvests on a regular basis. Well suited to spindle training
