identification: Small. Round to round conic. The base colour is greenish washed red on the sun exposed face and marked with a pattern of red stripes. The eye is small and closed, set in a medium deep and open basin. The stem is short and medium thickness, set in a deep and narrow cavity which is surrounded by a large patch of heavy russet.
characteristics: The flesh is ?????????????, fine grained, firm and tender. Sweet and aromatic.
