identification: Small to medium size and long conic. The skin base colour is yellow with a bright red wash on the sun exposed face. Patches of cinnamon russet and abundantly marked with russet lenticels. The calyx is large and open, set in a wide and shallow basin. The stem is short and stout, set in a shallow and narrow cavity which is heavily russeted.
characteristics: The flesh is cream coloured, fine-grained and crisp. Very juicy, sweet and slightly tart.
