identification: Medium to large, round conic apples. The base colour is yellowish over which reddish-pink blush that covers half to three quarters of the surface, marked with scattered tan lenticels. The stem cavity is deep and wide with a fine russeting extending onto the shoulders. The stem is long and stout. The calyx is deep and somewhat narrow. The skin is moderately thick and smooth. A faint bloom develops as the fruit ripens.
characteristics: The flesh is white and crisp. Firm texture. Sweet with mild acidity.
origins: Developed at Cornell University's in Geneva, New York (U.S.A.) by Susan K. Brown and Kevin Maloney in 1997 as a controlled cross of Imperial Gala (seed) with Honeycrisp (pollen). Selected for further testing in 2002 and released in 2020.
cultivation: Suitable as a free standing tree or trellised. Bears fruit on spurs.
