identification: Small, round conic. The base colour is golden yellow, sometimes with a faded orange blush on the sun exposed face. Marked with patches and veins of cinnamon russet. The eye is small and closed, sometimes partly open, set in a medium depth, narrow basin. The stem is medium long, medium thick and set in a deep and narrow cavity.
characteristics: The flesh is yellowish, and crisp. Juicy, sweet sharp,flavouful and aromatic.
