identification: Medium size, conic. The base colour is yellow over which is a red striped blush and this is covered with patches, spots and rays of cinnamon russet which is almost solid around the eye and the stem cavity. The eye is small and partly open, set in a shallow basin. The stem is somewhat short and medium thick set in a deep and narrow cavity. Four months.
characteristics: The flesh is pale yellow, fine grained, firm. sweet rich nutty flavour.

origins: — Golden Winter Pearmain x Parker s Grey Pippin, Germany, prior to 1951
cultivation: vigorous. Produces good crops. Ready for harvest early in the FOURTH period.
