    identification: Medium size tending to large, conic shape. The base colour is greenish yellow over which is a pink-red flush that covers the sun exposed half of the apple. The calyx is open and medium size, set in a moderately deep, funnel shaped, lightly ribbed basin. The stem is very long and slender, set in a wide and moderately deep cavity. Minimal occurrence of russet.
            
    characteristics: The flesh is cream coloured, crisp. Juicy, sweet and slightly tart.
                        
    origins: An open pollinated Golden Delicious seedling discovered in the 1960s by W.J. Wilson, Magnolia Farms, Fort Valley, Georgia (U.S.A.); pollen parent unknown. Introduced in 1970.
