identification: Medium size, round and often slightly irregular shape. The base colour is yellow over which is a red blush and slightly darker red, thin stripping on the sun exposed face. The eye is small and closed, set in a deep and narrow basin. The stime is moderately long, moderately thick and set in a narrow and somewhat shallow cavity.
characteristics: The flesh is yellowish, chewy. Sweet, slightly brisk and fruity. Keeps four months in cold storage.
