identification: Large, long conic. The base colour is yellow over whic is a red wash on the sun exposed face, fading to red striping in the shaded areas. The eye is medium size and partly open, set in a shallow, open basin which is surrounded by a lightly knobbed crown. Thes tem is shor and set in a medium depth, funnel shaped cavity which is russeted green.
characteristics: The flesh is ?????????????? Juicy and sweet. Mild flavour. Keeps three months in cold storage.
