identification: Medium size. Conic, possibly lopsided. The flesh is greenish yellowwashed red on the sun exposed face with darker scattered stripes. The eye is medium size and slightly open, set in a shallow ribbed basin. The stime is medium long, set in an open and moderately deep cavity.
characteristics: The flesh is cream coloured, soft. Juicy, sweet and mildly flavoured. Keeps three months in cold storage.
