identification: Medium size. Round conic. Greenish yellow skin is washed dark red almost maroon with a few darker stripes on the sun exposed face.The eye is partly open and medium large, set in a shallow, open basin which is surrounded by a faintly knobbed crown. The stem is stout and somewhat short, set in a medium deep, open cavity which is lightly russeted.
characteristics: The flesh is white, coarse?grained and crisp, Juicy and sweet. Keeps two months in cold storage.
