identification: Large and round. The skin colour is green over which is a bright red wash marked with fine bright red striping on the sun exposed face. The eye is large and partly open, set in a shallow basin. The stime is short and moderately stout, set in a deep and narrow basin.
characteristics: The flesh is greenish, firm. Sweet, aromatic and fruity. Keeps three months in cold storage.
