identification: Medium, round and flattened at the ends, angular sides. The skin is green maturing to greenish yellow. Blushed dark red on the sun exposed side and striped red on the shaded face. Russet patches and abundant greyish lenticels. The stalk is shor and set in a narrow and shallow cavity.
characteristics: The flesh is yellowish, firm and brisk.
uses: Cooking apple.
cold storage: Keeps for four months in storage.
