identification: Small to medium size fruit, round. The skin base colour is yellowish green over which is a red blush and a pattern of faint yellow striping. The stem is thick and medium long, set in a medium deep and wide cavity. The calyx is small and closed, set in a medium deep and wide basin. Some russet can develop around the stem cavity, occasionally on the cheeks as well. Scattered, medium size lentils.
characteristics: The flesh is cream colour, moderately firm. Browns slowly on exposure to air.
