Greenwood Russet
identification: Small, oblate. The skin is deep yellow with a coat of ashy russet on the sun exposed face. The stalk is very short and set in a wide, shallow cavity.
characteristics: The flesh is yellowish, juicy and sweet. Keeps well for four months in cold storage.
ploidism: Self sterile.
