characteristics: The flesh is cream coloured. Firm and very sweet with a melon flavour.
origins: Developed in 1931 at the Aomori Apple Experiment Station (Japan) by crossing Golden Delicious with Indo. It bore first fruit in 1938.
cultivation: Moderately vigorous. Biennial.
cold storage: Keeps for four months in cold storage.
harvest: Ready for harvest in the middle of the fifth period.
