Fish's Pippin
identification: Small, round. The skin is greenish yellow with broken, dull crimson stripes on the sun exposed face, fewer and paler on the shaded face. Small patches of russet and russet lenticels. The stalk is very short and is sent next to a rather large fleshy swelling.
characteristics: The flesh is greenish, firm and brisk. Keeps for about two months in cold storage.
ploidism: Self sterile.
