characteristics: The flesh is white. Sharp. Flavourful. Keeps for three months in cold storage.
uses: Dessert. Also good for making juice.

cultivation: Moderately vigorous, Biennial. Ready for harvest during the first three weeks of the THIRD period.
notes: Susceptible to mildew and blight.
