The eye is medium size and partly open, set in a shallow, narrow and puckered basin. The stem is short and stout, set in a deep and moderately narrow cavity.
characteristics: The flesh is yellowish, coarse-grained, firm and tough. Intensely flavoured, nutty and fruity, sweet-sharp.
