identification: Medium tending to large. Round. Green maturing to yellow and marked with scattered, tiny, russeted lenticels. The eye is small and partly open, set in a shallow and moderately wide, ribbed basin. The stem is short to medium length, medium thick and set in a deep and funnel shaped cavity which is russeted with cinnamon brown rays extending onto the shoulder.

uses: Cooking apple. Makes a sweet and flavourful sauce.
