Identification: Base colour is yellow over which is a crimson wash marked with small, light-coloured lenticels. The stem is very long and slender, set in a narrow, lightly russetted cavity.

Characteristics: The flesh is white, firm and crunchy. Juicy and sweet-tart with candy apple flavours. Brix 12.

Origins: Elstar crossed with pollen from Selection X3191. Developed by breeder Davideau Ligonnière at the Centre de Recherches, Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique in Angers, France
