cultivation: Grows to about three metres in height. Wide, semi-weeping growth. Hardiness zone to 8 down to 5.
vulnerabilities: Susceptible to scab.
notes: There is also an ornamental cherry named Cheal's Weeping.
ploidism: Diploid. Self sterile.
flowers: Lilac-red flowers.
foliage: New growth is coppery.
fruit: Very small, orange red.
