identification: Small. The skin is thick with a base colour of yellow, lightly streaked with red on th shaded side, but heavily streaked on the sun exposed side. Some patches of greyish russet. Lenticels are grey as well. The stalk is short and knobby.
characteristics: The flesh is tender, juicy and brisk with plenty of aroma.
uses: This is an excellent eating apple.
ploidism: Self sterile.
