identification: Medium size Calville style apple, tall with pronounced ribbing and irregular crown. The base colour is yellowish over which is a crimson blush and darker red striping. The eye is partly open, medium size and set in a deep, open basin surrounded by a knobbed crown.
characteristics: The flesh is white, fine grained and crunchy. Somewhat dry, sweet-tart with a candy aroma.
origins: A chance seedling found in San Jacinto (France) in 2010. Raised by Alain Rouèche.
cultivation: Moderately vigorous. Upright spreading
vulnerabilities: Resistant to scab.
ploidism: Diploid. Self sterile.
